Diabolik returns to the screen. Thanks to the producer Mompracem – whom we thank once again – De Liguoro had the privilege of seeing the jewels from its historical archive and the new Fall/Winter 2022-2023 collection star in the latest – though only in chronological order – adventure of Diabolik.
Diabolik - Ginko all'attacco! is the second episode in the series, also directed by Antonio and Marco Manetti (better known as the Manetti Bros.), which – once again – chronicles the events of the thief and criminal mastermind Diabolik (Giacomo Gianniotti) and his beloved accomplice Eva Kant (Miriam Leone), while Inspector Ginko (Valerio Mastandrea) tries, unsuccessfully for now, to arrest them, following their tracks step by step.
This second chapter is graced by the participation of the divine Monica Bellucci, who plays Altea, an eccentric and unconventional noblewoman with a strong character and great charisma, and the inspector's eternal fiancée. The cast also includes Alessio Lapice, Linda Caridi, Pier Giorgio Bellocchio, Ester Pantano, Andrea Roncato, Amanda Campana, Urbano Barberini, Giacomo Giorgio, Simone Leonardi, Pierangelo Menci, Marco Bonadei, G-Max, and Gustavo Frigerio.
The film, produced by Mompracem S.r.l. together with Rai Cinema, and Carlo Macchitella, the Manetti bros., Pier Giorgio Bellocchio, and in association with Astorina and Bleidwin, and with the support of the Emilia-Romagna Region and the Friuli Venezia Giulia Film Commission, is distributed by 01 Distribution.
